4. Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, access, assets, approvals, and cooperation needed for Arken Systems to deliver the agreed services.

This may include business details, branding materials, website access, domain access, Google Business Profile details, customer follow-up preferences, customer contact information, and any other information needed for setup.

Delays in providing required information or access may delay delivery.

5. Review growth systems

Review growth systems are designed to help businesses request reviews from genuine customers after completed work.

Arken Systems does not guarantee a specific number of reviews, Google rankings, leads, enquiries, sales, or revenue.

Review results may depend on factors outside our control, including customer behaviour, job volume, customer satisfaction, Google platform behaviour, and whether the client uses the system properly.

6. 30-day success guarantee

Where a 30-day success guarantee is offered, it applies to getting the agreed system set up, launched, and running properly.

The guarantee does not promise a fixed number of reviews, rankings, leads, enquiries, sales, or revenue.

The client must provide the information, access, approvals, and cooperation reasonably needed to set up and launch the system.

If the agreed system is not set up and running properly within the guarantee period due to an issue on our side, we will make it right.

7. Payments

Fees, billing dates, payment methods, and any setup or monthly costs will be agreed separately with each client.

Unless agreed otherwise, ongoing services are billed monthly.

Clients are responsible for paying agreed fees on time.

8. Cancellations

Cancellation terms will be agreed separately with each client.

Unless agreed otherwise, clients may cancel ongoing monthly services by giving written notice before the next billing date.

Some setup fees, completed work, domain costs, software costs, or third-party costs may be non-refundable.

9. Third-party platforms

Some services may rely on third-party platforms such as Google, domain registrars, website platforms, hosting providers, CRM systems, automation tools, email providers, payment providers, analytics tools, and other software providers.

Arken Systems is not responsible for outages, changes, restrictions, decisions, delays, or errors caused by third-party platforms.

10. Intellectual property

Unless agreed otherwise, content, designs, systems, templates, copy, workflows, and materials created by Arken Systems remain the property of Arken Systems until all agreed fees have been paid.

Clients may use final delivered work for their own business purposes once payment has been made.

Arken Systems may reuse general knowledge, methods, templates, systems, and processes developed through client work.

11. Client content and permissions

Clients confirm that they have the right to use any content, images, logos, customer information, business information, or other materials they provide to Arken Systems.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that information they provide is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe anyone else’s rights.

12. Limitation of liability

Arken Systems will take reasonable care in providing its services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free systems, specific commercial outcomes, or results outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arken Systems will not be liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of data, or issues caused by third-party platforms, client delay, inaccurate information, or misuse of the services.

13. Privacy

Use of personal information is covered by our Privacy Policy.
